SpaceX launched the NROL-48 mission at 10:38am PDT (17:38 UTC) aboard Falcon 9 booster B1081-18 from Space Launch Complex 4E at the Vandenberg Space Force Base in California, sending the eleventh batch of satellites for a national reconnaissance constellation to low-Earth orbit.
